On 5th of June 2013, I received a text message from one of my Recruit's parents. "Hi Daniel, Andy's mom here. Thanks for taking care of my son. His eye now is swelling, but looks okay. He keeps telling me that you are a good Officer, who gives him a lot of encouragement and comfort. Thanks for that."
